After subscribing to a meal plan, open the website chat and ask Mia for your weekly meal-selection code. She’ll instantly provide your plan-specific meal-selection code so you can choose from that week’s menu.

Prefer maximum convenience? No need to do anything after signing up for subscription at checkout. Our Nutritionist will choose a balanced variety of customer favorites that matches your selected meal plan and goals.

3. We Cook Everything Fresh

Our chefs prepare your meals fresh every weekend using quality ingredients, balanced nutrition, and flavors you'll actually look forward to eating.

4. Pick Up or Delivery Every Monday

Your meals will be fresh and ready for pickup or delivery every Monday.
