HEAT Nutrition – Delivery Address & Refund Policy

At HEAT Nutrition, customers are responsible for ensuring their delivery address is accurate and up to date before placing an order.

Incorrect Delivery Address Policy

If an order is delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout, HEAT Nutrition is not responsible for meals delivered to an incorrect or outdated address.

No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders successfully delivered to the address provided by the customer, even if that address was entered incorrectly or was not updated before delivery.

Partial Store Credit

As a courtesy, HEAT Nutrition may offer a partial store credit toward the customer’s next meal order. The amount of credit will be determined at HEAT Nutrition’s discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Store credits are not redeemable for cash and may only be applied toward future purchases.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are encouraged to review and confirm their delivery address before completing each purchase, including recurring subscription orders.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge and agree to this delivery address and refund policy.

This policy does not limit any rights or remedies required by applicable law.
